ProBackup
Our managed backup service, ProBackup provides the ability to restore content managed files and databases as they were from the snapshot taken every day (from the last 30 days). This allows users who make a mistake in the content management system and delete vital data "undo" and recover.
Backup data is stored encrypted within a completely independent datacenter.
Note that all WhiteSpectre hosting accounts have an off-server backup as standard; to mitigate against loss from server failure or other hosting issue. However, this backup does not cover hosting account user error.
ProBackup is priced in two parts. There is a cost of having this service enabled and there is then a restore charge if the service is used.
